"The a and e staff are fantastic"

I visited the A and E department and the observation ward on a busy Saturday night feeling very frightened and vulnerable, all the staff were wonderful and made me feel safe and cared for even though they were so busy. I can't express enough how much I appreciated their care and support and how impressed i am at what a good team they are. I would like to thank the whole team especially the lady that triaged me , and the sister.
