Went to a&e last night waiting time was ok but nurses was terrible unfriendly unsympathetic didn't smile doctor didn't introduce himself didn't tell me what the plans was for my broken hand worst hospital ever been too never again. Nurse was in the wrong job no compassion whatsoever feel very let down .

We are sorry to hear that you felt ‘let down’ after visiting our emergency department. We always aim to keep patients informed of what is happening and what is planned and indeed we do have an expectation that our staff behave with compassion. Its concerning that you felt that we fell short of these standards.
