I'm in Bradford royal infirmary now 24 Sept 2013 I came in with a head injury and from the moment the ambulance arrived to now the staff have helped me in every way possible. The staff as we all know are rushing about constantly but they always show you respect and dignity I'm pleased with all who work here no matter who they are doctor nurse cleaner tea person etc. Just want to go home.

Thank you for your lovely comments. Accident and Emergency can indeed be a busy clinical area, however staff always strive to provide excellent care with respect and compassion. We are delighted that your needs were met and wish you well in your recovery.
