It's been two years now since my reluctant introduction to the breast care centre so I thought it about time to write a review. In this time I've observed a great deal ...and been able to favourably compare the treatment at Burton's to that received by friends in a similar position all over the country. There is good expertise on the staff and partnership arrangements are also in place so that patients can be offered a full choice of the potential treatments that should be available to them...not the case everywhere from what I hear. Many staff are very long serving and experienced- astonishing how they manage to remember so many patients and offer a really personal service. Theres always advice at the end of a phone, too. People always have time for you and no question is too small. The whole place is always spotlessly clean and tidy. Waiting times can be excessive but this seems to be very much a matter of demand rather than anything the staff could or should do differently. Thanks to everyone for the care and treatment you've given me.
