About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as a service user),

The staff at TRAQS department were excellent, friendly and really helpful and quick in contacting me. As regards to my hospital appointment, couldn't fault that department.

The staff at the physiotherapy department at the Princess Royal Hospital were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Because of my problem with my foot wasn't getting any better with physio, the staff had no hesitation in referring me to see an orthopeadic consultant.

Which I may add, the appointment was made very quickly thanks to all the staff in the TRAQS department.
