(as a relative),

I had a pacemaker inserted a couple of years ago after odd faints. I have to attend for check ups every year and i have also been seen a couple of times when i was worried that it wasnt working quite right. Every time i have been there, i have been dealt with quickly, efficiently and competently.

I wish other parts of the health service could follow their example.
