What I liked

I was recently admitted onto ward B2 from A&E and subsiquently ended up staying there for over 4 weeks. During my stay i had nothing but praise for the way all doctors and nurses not only treated me but were also a great support to me. Every member of staff from cleaners through to top consultants were friendly and approachable.

The cleanliness of this ward was a credit to the dedicated cleaner.

What could be improved

The ease of getting outpatient appointments in an appripriate time scale, especially when the hospital cancel the one you had. If a doctor has requested to see you again in three weeks then a secretary should not then be able to cancel it and rearranged for 3 months later.
