About: East Of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I was involved in a road traffic accident last month (not my fault). Both a paramedic rapid response car and subsequently an ambulance were sent.

The staff were with me within 10 minutes for approximately 3/4 of an hour and were marvellous.

They were professional and knowledgeable and I feel I must thank the service for the care and attention they gave me, not rushing anything on what I believe was a very busy start to that Saturday night.
