Hello, Very recently I had attended the emergency department of this hospital. This will be a short note, basically to thank everyone involved in my treatment, I was treated throughout my stay with care and professionalism, far from the media comments, regarding nurses who are "to posh to wash", I only saw nurses who where caring and committed. Again the media would paint the picture of individuals in agony left in A&E for hours, my experience was forget 4 hours I was seen in under 15 minutes, I had terrible abdominal pain, at no point did I think this wasn't taken seriously, the young female doctor in A&E was incredible, I didn't get her name, but thank you. I was transferred to ward 1 for and within the day had a diagnosis and treatment plan, including an alement for which I hadn't even come to the hospital about. Again my thanks to the doctor and his team. The nursing staff on ward 1 were equally exempolry. I can remember one the the names but it would be unfair to name, they were all equally amazing. I have every intention of writing to my MP with the above comments.
