Having experienced a professional and efficient service, I didn't mind the wait for a few extra hours as I was kept informed throughout the process, everything was explained well and the aftercare was excellent just goes to show that when provisions are not stretched they can deliver an excellent service, thank you to all the staff who were working on 21-09-13 on Daycare!
