"Heart trace"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Appointment 3 pm went in one minute to, came out and in car by 3. 30.

If that's not good service what does this goverment want from an overworked hospital when doctors seem to shut down so early and pass the buck and on inflated wages that does not represent what some should get, like half.

Dear 'do not have one' (I assume by this you mean you do not have a username!) - thank you for your feedback, I am pleased you were seen so promptly as waiting for appointments can be worrying and frustrating for patients (as well as annoy the government!). We try hard for clinics to run on time not about targets but about people needing to be seen, having in many cases made arrangements from work or childcare or travelling so a delay can cause anxiety on a number of fronts. That said - it worked well for you and I know the cardiology team will be delighted to read your posting!

With kind regards..............
