My 86 year old mother was taken to A&E on Thursday afternoon and she could not have got better treatment anywhere. The staff were all kind, understanding and efficient. She was treated with dignity and respect by everyone. I was very impressed by the diligence of the doctors to ascertain her condition. There was a male HCA who was a real credit to your organisation, he took the time to reassure my Mum which really helped. I do not know his name but hope that somehow he gets to know what a great job he is doing. Mum is doing fine now so thank you very much.
