I was admitted to A&E with severe back pain which turned out to be a nasty muscle spasm and inflammation. Upon entering the ambulance, I instantly felt in good hands. Later on, hospital staff proved to be just as helpful, knowledgable and humane as the ambulance staff. All my questions were answered, all my worries eased, all my pain relieved. Both I and my (pregnant) wife are extremely grateful for all the help that we were given at Whittington Hospital. Top-quality institute with great people!
