This hospital provides a standard of care and service which clients of the NHS have a right to expect but rarely receive. it is not just in the standard of service and care that this hospital excels, but in other ways, e.g. A 1.15 pm appointment means you will be seen at 1.15, not an hour or so later as appears to be the norm elsewhere. As a patient I actually felt valued, not something I have ever felt in any other NHS facility.
