I would just like to say a huge thank you and well done to all the staff at the Royal Surrey. I had to be monitored at the Early Pregnancy Unit and from start to finish the service has been superb. Every member of staff from the nurses at the unit to the porters who took me down to theatre were so kind. I was constantly monitored with phone calls at home to see how things were going to making sure I was seen promptly when necessary. No stone was left unturned and I had complete faith that I was being looked after to an excellent standard. Every ward and loo etc was spotless and when my husband and I were trying to find the medical day unit, several staff members stopped to ask if we needed help. You hear so many horror stories about the NHS but the Royal Surrey is doing a fantastic job and it's a shame you don't hear about how diligent and hard working so many NHS staff are. I would particularly like to mention a member of staff from the Early Pregnancy unit who has been fantastic and also another person who was very gentle but also concise when needed.
