"apalling treatment to 81year old"

my mother had eye operation 3 months ago that was bad from start. took 2hrs when her last one only took 30 min and healed up in a week this one never healed got very painfull, so she went back having to wait hours to be seen. then bean back ward and forwards no end of times and the doctors tell her that the dr that done it hadent done it wright and that she would have to come back in two weeks to have it repaired. all the time she is in agony she gose back again for the doctor to tell here she will have to come back in another 2 weeks to have it rectified, all the whille having to sit in the hospital for hours in pain. well the thing is you would think that being that it was there mastake, they would have rectified it and get here out of pain. so why fobbing her off all the time? allso my father is 86yrs old and the strain that its putting on him as well so for 3mths they new it wasent right what other company would get away with that type of pratice
