Anything else?
I cannot believe that the QE is educating other hospitals when you cannot get it right yourselves. Over the last 18 months we have experienced appalling mismanagement of prescribed drugs, falls out of bed not disclosed, people left to wet the bed and your response was sorry! We have lost all faith in this hospital many others on the ward had the same treatment!
