As it is now more that 1 month since this incident, and more than 3 weeks since I returned the relevant documents to you regarding my complaint, I would have assumed I would have heard something by now. Unfortunately no. Not a single peep. From anyone. I have now e-mailed you asking for an update, but am still waiting for an explanation. Who or what is at fault here, and what will be done about it? I await you response eagerly.
