What I liked

We found the staff very friendly and helpful the ward seemed clean and organised.

What could be improved

Test results should be analysed more quickly,our relative had tests done a scan, and we where told that the Docter still had to look at them this was done in the morning and we are still waiting a day later, surely they should be analysed straight away. also we noted that many vistors did'nt use the hand wash when entering and leaving the ward, surely this should be monitered more closely.
