(as the patient),

I have nothing but good to say about the treatment I have received at RLI.

I have had problems with my thyroid & have been under Dr Walmsley for several years & he has been so tolerant & kind, I had a thyroidectomy in May this year under Mr Tomlinson, the kindness and respect that I received during and after my operation was second to none.

I have also been under the eye specialist & again very very happy with my treatment. July 2012 I had a TIA and was rushed to A & E & the care that I received in A & E again was exceptional and so professional the doctor & nurses made me feel at ease & comfortable during a very stressful time for me, I would give A & E 10/10.

I know in some instances there are problems with waiting times but that is only to be expected with the staff shortages due to the governments aggressive cuts to the NHS budgets..
