(as the patient),

I just wanted to let you know what a great experience I had with Wendy Marshall at the Sexual Health Clinic, Greenhead Road. She made what could have been an uncomfortable experience almost pleasant!

Really friendly and quick to put her patient at ease and seemed to be genuinely interested - not something I'm used to when visiting the doctors!

I think it's too easy to complain all the time, so wanted to take the time to give some positive feedback: )
