What I liked

Day care unit was very clean, staff were helpful and supportive.

What could be improved

There was a distinct lack of consultant "bedside manner". Information had to be prised out of staff. Time taken to receive biopsy results was ridiculous. Treatment by staff after complaint was made was unacceptable. Even the communication from the Pennine Acute Trust was unacceptable. I would not choose this hospital again.
