I was very impressed with how well structured my treatment was, and how obviously well researched and tested the techniques used were.

My experience was very positive and helped me to turn myself around.

I had total confidence in and was very impressed also with my therapist Jai.

I'm please to hear that you had a positive experience with our service. As you point out all our treatments are approved by NICE guidelines and have scientific research to back up their use.
