Very pleased with the service. I'd had back and thigh discomfort with pins and needles for some time.
Had tried private physio with limited success. Decided to try NHS despite expecting a considerable wait for an appointment. In fact, the wait was acceptable, about 3 weeks for assessment, then 6-8 weeks for treatment.
I saw Emma at Lowe House, who was very professional. Explained what they saw as the problem and so far the treatment and suggested exercises have been very successful - with the offer for further consultation if the problem should recur.
Very happy with the whole experience.
