"I saw the doctor in February 2008 ..."

About: Fairfield General Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I saw the doctor in February 2008 and wrote to them on 2 March regarding chronic pain. I phonrd the Secretarys twice last week on Thursday when I left a message and again on Friday when I spoke to a secretary. I was assured she would get either the secretary or the doctor to phone me today Mon. 17th March.

When no call came, I finished some work at home and drove all the way to Fairfield, I live in Whitefield. And I am in constant pain.

What could be improved

When patients contact the hospital, their mail should be responded to within 14 days and phone calls should be responded to within 48 hrs.
