I have been given an illegible prescription for a type of eye drops . The Pharmacist wont dispense as they cannot make out the writing about the strength or the quantity of the drops. I have been trying to get this information for several days now. I did speak to a receptionist a few times but she had the wrong files and promised to ring back once they had traced my prescription. She never did and its impossible to get through to the eye clinic as there is no number or extension information available and the main switchboard never answers. On the few occasions I did get connected to the eye clinic the number rang out or was connected to an answer phone. I tried my GPs office as I understood a copy was being sent there but two weeks on they have no record of what I have been prescribed. Guess I'll have to make the time to go in person and see if I can get some answers I'm glad I'm not seriously ill !
