Again I am trying to contact my consultant's secretary without any luck. I was told the answer machine to leave a message was problematic and they were dealing with it. That was three months ago and still you cannot leave a message. I need to contact said person before Friday and still get the same message is she on Mars or somewhere else contactable or does not deem to speak to the public.

Dear Shelley, I’m really sorry to hear that you are still having trouble getting through to your consultant’s secretary. Further to my email on 20 August, and the contact you have had with our Admin Manager, I would like to reassure you that we will look into this once again and apologise that the issue with the answer machine is yet to be resolved.
