I am a little disappointed with your reference to the delay in being contacted by TRAQS. TRAQS aims to completed referrals within 5 working days of receipt from your GP Practice and it is possible there was some delay in this referral. As your feedback is anonymous I am unable to comment on this aspect but if you would like to connect TRAQS on 01952 580441 I would be happy to look into the matter of the delay and the limited choice offered to you.

Nevertheless I am glad that you were pleased with the overall exerience.
