Good things: the receptionist was courteous, I was seen on time.
Possible improvements: I would have found it helpful to have some information about what was going to happen during the scan, either written information sent with the appointment letter, or verbal information when I got into the scan room. Instead I was just told to lie on the couch and that it wouldn't take long. Some acknowledgement of me as a person would also have been appreciated, maybe some eye contact and perhaps even a reassuring smile.
