Poor care at D2 ward

About: Royal Bolton Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

4 hour waiting time for my 26 year old brother to be assessed.

We should have stayed in A&E where his neumonia would have been diagnosed much sooner.

Also a staff member insisted taking my brother to change his bag. Even when we told him he did not have a stoma he still insisted.

Not a great experience for a 26 year old.
