About: Derriford Hospital / Vascular surgery

(as the patient),

I recently attended Derriford as an outpatient and was really impressed by the cleanliness of the areas I visited. Staff were helpful, giving me directions when I got lost.

The staff member I saw in the Vascular assessment unit was friendly and efficient and I was seen on time.

Given all the negative publicity surrounding the NHS I feel more of us should stand up and put the record straight!
