What I liked

The physiotherapy department is very good - the staff are helpful and timekeeping in the department is good.

What could be improved

The toilets on the hospital wards are nowhere near as clean as they should be. Some of the nurses were not as good as others about providing timely pain relief. Care on the psychiatric ward was particularly lacking in every respect. In many of the outpatients clinics one can be waiting for an hour and a half after the appointment time. Communication between the hospital and patients could be improved.
