Anything else?
Recently 6th July my father had his cataract operation which went extremely well, he was treated very well and professionally. On completing the discharge he was told on 3 occasions how his next one was already sorted for 12 weeks time. Still not received anything to confirm this and as per everyone else, the phone numbers are either continuously busy (The tone you get when someone leaves the phone off the hook all day) Othe rnumbers just ring out. its really disappointing that this occurs after great work by nursing staff, just completely lets my father down and leaves him vulnerable at home alone
