Had a lovely stay at Rainforest with my partner and 6 week old son. The nurses were brilliant in every way except at 3am one morning they took my son out of his cot, took him in a room, and put a cannula in his hard 3 times (as the first two veins in his hands were not strong enough). Absolutely horrified to hear my son had had all that done to him and I was not there to comfort him. When I expressed my concern to them they said they thought we looked too peaceful to wake, which was nice but not there choice to make.
