"The staff really go the extra mile"

(as the patient),

The ward environment is very therapeutic with on ward activities available, as well as open doors.

However, the staff are what make the ward excellent. Hard working, patient, helpful and really go the extra mile.

It was great to hear that the ward activities and open doors helped you on the road to recovery and you found them therapeutic. I was delighted to read that it was the staff on Hyndburn ward that made the ward an excellent experience and I certainly will share your comments with the team on Hyndburn ward. I share your comments about staff being hard working and going the extra mile, it is always so nice to hear this from people that use the service and again I will make sure the team on Hyndburn ward are aware of your feedback.
