"Excellent service from 111 and the ambulance Service"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / NHS 111

(as the patient),

The following feedback was received by South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust via a "Have Your Say" leaflet:

I had been discharged from hospital (RUH) that afternoon - not feeling at all well-no recollection return and had a fall. My daughter rang 111 as I had had a pace maker fitted and this caused difficulty in helping me to get up.

The help arrived very quickly for responder and other two ambulance crew - they were all excellent. It was discovered I also had pneumonia, which accounted for my unusual mental state.
