What I liked

i stayed in for 2 weeks before xmas, i can honestly say it was a fantastic stay, i was well looked after, treated amzingly, i cannot thank the dr's nurses and all other staff for making my stay so comfortable. anyone who said the NHS is a shambles has never used STEPPING HILL, once again a HUGE thank you,

What could be improved

it is nothing to do with the staff, but the only problem was the price you have to pay to watch TV. £10 for 5 days, a HUGE price for people on a budget, and with it being one of the only forms of comfort and contact (and friendship) for some people, it would be nice to see a more reasonable fee introduced. once again thank you for everything else.
