"I have just returned home after ..."

What I liked

I have just returned home after having surgery and recovering in the jasmine suite. I found the nursing and other staff looking after me were excellent, they were caring, professional, friendly and helpful and made my stay away from my family a little more bearable.

From the cleaners to the surgeon all the staff were great. Everything that was going to happen to me was thoroughly explained and easily undersood. The cleanliness was the only thing to let the hospital down.

What could be improved

I was worried and disappointed by the cleanliness, I don't think there were enough cleaning staff to give the wards a good clean everyday. i think this really needs to be addressed.
