Child wasnt looked after , left to cough guts up all night while nurses chatted all night loudly laughing giggling about personal stuff and working conditions - no care given to parents , beds not made when arrived , had to get clean sheet for child for bed , witnessed other patients coming onto ward after others left and beds were not made changed , god knows what germs spread , toilets out of order , the cleanliness was poor , child sitting on bed while cleaner decides dust above ashmatic childs bed, amount germs spreading , curtains had to be left open all day and cleaning staff were rude especially to foreign parents , poor ward appalling considering what Nhs used to be like and as compared to old closed down Children wards at City Hospital Need to sort this please - appalling , nurses understaffed cleaning staff just too bossy and beds not sanitised cleaned daily for patients and new
