What I liked
staff on the surgical ward were very professional in their duties,and patient care.
What could be improved
when moved to another ward staff were totally different in their delivery of care not as sympathetic to patient or familys needs.
Visiting times should be more relaxed all over hospital and the same policy on each ward instead of the decision being left for the ward manager from ward to ward ,Patients should have more choice in their delivery of care and not just told what they have to do !
