"I gave birth at this hospital - never again"

About: University Hospital Of North Tees

Anything else?

I gave birth to my little boy here in February 2013 I was induced the day time staff were great the nighttime staff were very disappointing especially when it came to asking for pain relief tablets - as I was at the end of the corridor and the nurses station was a small walk away I was made to think coming to my aid was an issue!!! The labour wasn't seem free either as had a trainee midwife who nearly fainted - as it was my first child I wasn't impressed The aftercare was awful I was left with no water even after buzzing numerous times my family brought me snacks and water as it was easier & quicker! I also needed an anti d injection 24 hours after birth which they forgot to give me so I had to go back once discharged - the last thing I needed I think the overall issue was understaffed and not very professional Left quite unhappy - never mind though the best thing came fr This experience my little boy :D
