I wasn't offered a choice, but PRH was my preferred choice and the appointment was just sent to me, I did not speak to anyone.
I arrive late for my appointment as I had another appointment in a different clinic for 10: 10am (this one was for 10am) on another day, and I thought this appointment was for 10: 10am!
The physio still saw me even though I was late.
