About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I went to see my GP and within a week the TRAQS office phoned me with choices of appointments.

The dates were the end of September or middle of October. But when I returned the call I was told there was a date the following week, which I have taken, at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.

That is what I call excellent service.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write to TRAQS expressing your satisfaction with the service we provided.

TRAQS aims to complete referrals within 5 working days of receipt from your GP Practice and when contacting a patient we are working on a live system connected to the hospitals. This provided access to all appointments currently available which, as I am sure you will appreciate changes frequently. Therefore, I am pleased that when you returned our call an earlier appointment had become available to you.
