My six-monthly appointment at the Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine is always positive and supportive. The understanding and help I have had for more than a decade now, since cancer diagnosis and treatment, has been invaluable. It has assisted me in both practical and emotional ways to cope with diverse other health problems too. The professionalism and kindness of doctors and nurses is exemplary. We are very fortunate to have such a hospital - long may it continue to be there for such a wide range of users. It is only a pity that it is unique within the NHS, and thus a very long way for some patients to travel to receive its benefits - but for me it is always a worthwhile journey.
