i am a 37 year old male with heart failure .had numerous tests,scans etc in the past 5 months still no results.i was admitted to william harvey hospital (myself).to discover i have heart failure.my heart is very weak and is only working 15%.huge lack of communication from my cardiologist..now i have been waiting for 5 weeks for my mri results.absolutley disgusted with the lack of care i am recieving.and the word urgent does not seem to be considerd on any notes.surley it is so obvoius that this is putting further more strian on my condition.and i am sure im speaking on behalf of many more other people in my situation.i am affraid to say that nhs are a complete joke!
