What I liked
Had consultation, sent for blood tests and to book a barium enema. By the time I got to xray dept my details had been sent through by doctor.
When I had my procedure I couldn't have had better treatment anywhere - staff were considerate, put me at ease and thoroughly professional . Explained everything.
What could be improved
In xray reception at 9.45 am and although looked clean there was cotton wool ball under chair.
I think everyone is trying hard but it looks as though it could do with decoration - looks scruffy
