I cut my knuckle very badly on the 21st July and although I was unhappy with the 9 hour wait in A&E the staff were extremly good (apart from 1 nurse who just shrugged her shoulders when my wife said my husband is nearly 80 and has not eaten since breakfast and is feeling faint very rude and uncaring) the rest of the staff were very caring and the two plastic surgeons I saw very good The service and care at the Hand clinic was excellent especially that of one member of staff, and I was treated with great care for what was really quite a minor cut So many people are ready to complain but I must express my grateful thanks for the care I received Please convey my thanks to the Hand Clinic Malcolm Byrne
