My dad was sent to this department as an emergency. What a place it is. Trying to get hold of a doctor or nurse is a joke. My dad went in poorly and has got worse it is absolutely disgusting how you get treated in there. And the CQC say they've passed everything? Maybe if they stayed there it would open there eyes! Well I am putting in a formal complaint about why the doctor asked the nurses to do 3 things for my dad last night & he's just text md to say nothing's been done & they moved him to another ward at 11.15 last night! Their absolute idiots not caring nursing staff. Well my complaint is going in today. And I'm going to try and get him moved privately to the spire were you get treated like a patient there.
