Mr. x being a man in his 80s was kept starved for several hours for the third day running waiting for a permanent pacemaker this week. After escalating concerns to senior nursing staff who were very supportive kept an eye on Mr. X and eventually he had his pacemaker. Thank you so much - that was such a relief and to know that people still really care.
