What could be improved
I am discusted with the scan department at halton hostpital, my daughter went for her scan and was told "your baby appears to be dead". Dont they have any compassion!
They should be less abrupt and more caring! They should be more helpfull and give advise on what to do next instead of passing the patient to another hostpital.
